The warranty period for all HUAYEE machine repairs is 1 year from the date of shipment
Warranty service scope:
If the machine is found to have defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, the retail purchaser must provide proof of purchase and contact us in a timely manner. If necessary, we will ask for pictures or videos of the fault. Our after-sales staff will call or email you to provide one-on-one guidance on how to solve the problem. For defects caused by materials or workmanship, HUAYEE will provide replacement parts free of charge.
Service scope not covered by warranty:
Damage caused by natural disasters or force majeure (such as earthquakes, fires, snowstorms, typhoons, collapses, wars, etc.) will result in the entire machine being out of warranty.
Failures caused by improper use or lack of necessary maintenance are not covered by warranty.
The machine's easily worn parts are not covered by warranty.
Services for machinery and equipment after the warranty period:
HUAYEE always provides lifetime free telephone and email technical support to our customers who have purchased our machines and equipment. Replacement parts after the warranty period are the responsibility of the customer. HUAYEE can provide repair quotes based on customer needs.
